PRIF Coordination Office

PRIF partner coordination is facilitated through the PRIF Coordination Office (CO). PRIF CO helps coordinate PRIF partner infrastructure investments in collaboration with member countries, PRIF partners, and other regional stakeholders. PRIF CO facilitates and supports PRIF partners by (i) coordinating strategic engagement between partners; (ii) preparing and implementing a work plan approved by the PRIF management committee; (iii) identifying strategic infrastructure issues; (iv) supporting and facilitating sector and cross-cutting theme working groups; (v) facilitating increased co-financing activities; (vi) monitoring and evaluation; and (vii) undertaking communications activities and providing a repository of publicly available information.
