PRIF is a collaboration of development agencies with common goals. The PRIF Charter is not a legal agreement but a stated commitment to a set of agreed principles and processes to better align activities and make the best use of resources to deliver infrastructure development in the Pacific.
The PRIF Charter, published in 2013, explains what it means to be a Member of the Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility (PRIF). Members of PRIF commit to cooperate in line with the Charter, which includes a number of governance and operational procedures.
