Nominates suitably qualified environmental and social specialists to prepare CESMP. Prepares CESMP including the site-specific plans and construction methodologies (working methods, materials sources, spoil disposal locations, methods and GRM), submits CESMP to PMU/PIU for reviews and approval (revising as necessary if required). Works with PMU/PIU on obtaining necessary regulatory and administrative permits and approvals. Designates environment, health and safety, and community liaison officers for implementation of CESMP, GRM, environmental and social measures. Identifies materials and equipment sources and arranges necessary permits, and landowner agreements for temporary use areas, as appropriate. Provides pre-mobilization induction on CESMP to employees.
