The 2012 Benchmarking Report presents the results of the second consecutive annual assessment of Pacific electricity utility performance. In addition to comparing performance over the last two benchmarking periods for the participating utilities, the work in 2012 included the preparation of a comprehensive benchmarking manual and significant site assistance.
